NEWARK: Entered into rest on August 30, 2016 at age 74. Predeceased by infant son: Dale; parents: Chester and Sarah Fisher and brother, Albert Fisher. David proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked at Xerox for 37 years and continued employment with Colacino Electric for 20 years. He loved woodworking, camping, boating, and spending lots of time with his family. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Patricia; children: Dawn Fisher, Duane Fisher (Carol Verstraete), Seana (James) McKinney, Robin (John) Cinelli, Brice (Erin) Fisher, Shannon (Terry) Clements; grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Shelby, Nicholas, Brandon, Taylor, Cody, Hannah, Zoe, Ben, and Zachary; great-grandchildren: Caitlyn, Bryce, Owen, Gabriella, Adrianna, and Maliyah; sisters: June Shultz, Betty (Ed) DeWolf and Alberta Fisher; close family friend: David Spaulding; brother in law: Ron (Bonnie) Jess; and sister in law: Boni (Donald) Hunt; many extended family members and friends. Calling hours will be held on (Thursday) September 1, 2016 from 4pm-7pm at Young Funeral Home: 4025 Ridge Road, Williamson. Funeral service will be on (Friday) September 2, 2016 at the funeral home at 10am followed by burial with military honors in Fairville Cemetery.
