WOLCOTT: Passed away after a full life of travel, family, antiquing and fun at the age of 92 on March 10, 2017. Joyce was born the daughter of Christian and Lila Reyn and grew up in North Huron. She was a member of the Leavenworth Class of ‘41. Joyce was married to the love of her life, Donald Henner for 42 years prior to his passing in 1988. Together they raised four sons, ran a fruit farm and a real estate office in Wolcott and then in Shaker Heights. Joyce was a member of St. Mary Magdalen’s Church in Wolcott and also a member of the Leavenworth Alumni Society and the Historical Society. She loved her antiques, treasured her friends and worshipped her family. She is survived by her sons, James & Nickoline Henner of Myrtle Beach and William & Karen Henner of North Rose. She would like you to keep her dear grandchildren in your thoughts: Tammy Shears, John Henner, Christopher, Joseph and Sabrina Henner, Daniel and David Henner, Nancy Dingman, Shelli Sutton and Janelle Hunt. Along with her great grandchildren: Brandon Shears, Bailey Kennedy, Mathew and Jacob Henner, Benjamin, Nathan and Anna Henner, Mia and Ali Sutton, Addison Dingman, Piper and Degan Henner. Joyce is also survived by her dear sister Iona Camp of Geneva, brother Christian (Kaye) Reyn of Wolcott, sister Joanne Davis along with several nieces and nephews. Joyce is predeceased by her husbands; Donald Henner, Harold Brewster and Robert Loveless; her loving sons Gerald and George Henner; sisters Belma Spross and Laura Woods. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Joyce’s life will be held at St. Mary’s Magdalen’s Church on Saturday March 25, 2017 at 10 am in Wolcott. The graveside service will immediately follow at Huron Evergreen Cemetery. Per Joyce’s wishes, donations in lieu of flowers may be made in her name and memory to St. Mary’s Magdalen’s Church, 29 Washington St., Wolcott, NY 14590.
