ONTARIO: Passed away suddenly on April 4, 2016. He was born on October 15, 1989 to Glen and Alyson “Page” Draper. Survived by his parents; brothers, Colin, Ian, Miles and Douglas; sister, Maureen; nephew, Dylan Draper; aunts, Rosemary Page and Sylvia Gates; Uncles, Brian (Cathy) Page and Carl Draper; cousins and many, many friends. Russell was a wonderful and loyal son, brother and friend. He loved to help people and always thought of others before himself.
