The State Police out of Wolcott received a report of domestic violence on Wednesday (6/8) at 8:22 p.m. On their way to the scene the female victim was standing in the street and pointed out her boyfriend driving away from the scene.
The vehicle was stopped and Daniel D. Sicke, age 61, of 9341 Ingersoll Drive in Wolcott was taken into custody. He was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .09%, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.
Police also found Sicke in possession of 11 ounces of marijuana and he was additional charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 3rd Degree. He was arraigned and remanded to jail on No bail.
